    After Hurricane Katrina and the federal levee failures in New Orleans, Sandy Rosenthal founded the non profit Levees.org.

  • Susannah Coolidge

    After retiring from full-time work in July of 2020, Susannah volunteered with the Institute of Caribbean Studies. She also served as a United Nations On-line Volunteer editor in support of Community Agriculture and Environmental Protection Association (CAEPA) Cameroon.

  • Michelle Davis

    Michelle Davis has nearly 15 years of experience as a project director and program manager for international development programs focused on youth, labor rights, and workforce development. She has worked with the International Labor Organization, World Bank, US Government funded consultancy firms, and grassroots organizations in Latin America.

    Taslya Mejía, a native of La Ceiba, Honduras, and raised in Brooklyn, New York, found her true home in New Orleans in 2003. Her career and community engagement journey span over two decades, tracing back to her college years.
